Hi, I’m Ashley. I’ve spent years helping entrepreneurs and small business owners form entities, draft contracts, and protect their work. Along the way, I’ve met countless successful entrepreneurs who were established and capable, but completely overwhelmed by the legal side of operating their business.
Many didn’t know which contracts they actually needed.
